History of the Motivational Network

The network was born in Valencia in 1999 as part of the completion of the postgraduate course framed within the Alpha Program of the European Union and with the help of a presidency of the Generalitat Valenciana.

The University of Guanajuato in Mexico, Mar del Plata in Argentina, ITCR of Costa Rica and Concepción de Chile, among others).

In this course he participated, I consider, professors of the Universitat de València and, also, managers of innovation programs (European Center of Innovative Companies, CEEI), as well as professors of European universities. Although the Alfa Program was a cooperation program, the selection / learning criterion was based on the participants' ability to value the skills acquired and the potential of the development of programs related to their participation in the course.

As a result, the network has remained active, with annual meetings held successively in Mar del Plata (Argentina) in 2000, Concepción (Chile) in 2001, and Cartago (Costa Rica) in 2002, Guanajuato (Mexico) in 2003 and so on, to this day. Celebrate the first five years of the Network in Valencia in 2004 and, subsequently, in 2009 also in Valencia, the tenth anniversary. The successive seminars have made it possible to advance in the maturity of the Network, which is why, in our expansion work, we aim to maintain, in 2019 and again in Valencia, the network's twentieth anniversary.
