Reminder - XXXIX International Annual Meeting: CALL FOR PAPERS
Dear AEDEM academics and conference attendees:
The University of Cantabria has the privilege and honour of organising the XXXIX AEDEM International Annual Meeting, which will be held in Santander between 11 and 13 June 2025.
In this regard, we would like to invite you to take part in this meeting which, through its various panels, will allow us to exchange ideas and knowledge to enrich our research in the field of business administration, thereby fostering the dissemination and publication of the papers presented, and thus contributing to the transfer of knowledge to society.
The international character of the AEDEM conference stems from the diversity of its attendees, who come from different countries and cultures, helping to generate a more global vision of the economy. This diversity is also notable in its intergenerational culture, where highly experienced academics share space with early-career researchers presenting the results of their Doctoral Theses, Master's Theses (TFM) and Bachelor's Theses (TFG).
Since its foundation in 1972, the University of Cantabria has aimed to become a national and international benchmark in higher education, research and knowledge transfer. The research carried out by its institutes and research groups has placed it in the top positions of university rankings, such as that of the Fundación Conocimiento y Desarrollo or the U-Ranking of Spanish Universities. The Faculty of Economics and Business Sciences, located on Avenida de los Castros, offers you opportunities for collaboration with our institution and its academics. Santander, the capital of Cantabria, is the setting that hosts this event. A historic, elegant, modern and international city. Its streets, merging with the Cantabrian Sea to the north and with one of the most beautiful bays in the world to the south, invite you to enjoy its seafaring tradition, its beaches, its cultural offering and its wonderful gastronomy. The Sardinero beaches, the Magdalena Palace, the Centro Botín or the Museum of Prehistory and Archaeology of Cantabria are just some of the city's many attractions. Beyond its capital, Cantabria offers opportunities to everyone who visits. More than 250 km of coastline, green valleys, high mountains such as the Picos de Europa, the highest density of caves with rock art in the world, spas, gastronomy, heritage and countless spots in which to rest. Cantabria is infinite.
We hope to see you in Santander and to enjoy this event together, where, in addition to sharing a space to reflect on academic matters, we will also share moments of fellowship among AEDEM members.
